Tricone Bit Nozzles Installation Notes
1. Make sure if bit diameter is conform with the nozzle dimension code.
2. Standard snap rings and seal rings produced by our company should be selected to protect the nozzle from falling off and other harmful effects resulting from sealing failure.
3. Nozzles with defects and erosive wear on the flat of the orifice , the inside and outside surface shouldn't be put into use.
4. The same size bit breaker should be used during making up to protect the nozzle and nozzle socket from being damaged.
5. When nozzles combination with different size of diameters are used, the flowrate in the inlet of the watercourse should not exceed 21.4m/s.
6. The nozzle flowrate factor is 0.96~0.98.
