We can design the Ceramic dies and moulds for polished tile , glazed tile ,rustic tile ,polished glazed tile, double loading tile (Double charge tile), soluble salt tile, border tiles, decorative tile. We design according to different powder material , different compression rate ,different shrinkage for wall tile and floor tile
Using carbide steel for the ceramic mold is a new development. The new model includes a frame, female molds composed of multiple side plates are fixed on the inner wall of the frame, and the side plates composed of cemented carbide and a steel substrate supporting the cemented carbide are placed on the mold surface that is in contact with the ceramic floor and wall tiles. Or the pressure surface is fixed with cemented carbide. It solves the problems of low hardness and short service life of ceramic floor and wall tiles made of alloy steel or high-speed tool steel.
Our Carbide Liner is the perfect ally for ceramic tile mold protection. Built with high-quality materials, it provides superior resilience against wear and abrasion, which in turn extends your molds' life and minimizes downtime. Easy to install or customize according to specific needs, this product offers consistent production of top-notch tiles that stand up well over time.
Our dies and moulds can fix on all the presses included: SACMI , SITI(B&T),WELKO, HLT , KEDA ,NASSETTI , LAEIS, RNH.

Ceramic mold carbide liners are mainly used in industries that require high wear resistance, high corrosion resistance, and high-temperature stability:
Ceramic brick-making industry: During the brick-making process, ceramic molds may be affected by high temperature, wear and corrosion, and the use of alloy liners can improve the durability of the molds.
Ceramic porcelain-making industry: During the production process of porcelain making, the mold may be affected by high temperature and wear. The use of alloy liners can extend the service life of the mold.
Ceramic Injection Molding: In the ceramic injection molding process, the mold may be affected by high temperature and pressure, and the use of alloy liners can help improve the durability of the mold.
Ceramic cutting tool manufacturing: In the process of producing ceramic cutting tools, the use of alloy liners can improve the cutting performance and wear resistance of the tool.
Good wear resistance: The carbide products we produce are produced from 100% high-quality raw materials and have a stable supply chain. Therefore, our products have better wear resistance and can extend the service life of the mold.
Strong corrosion resistance: When ceramic molds are exposed to corrosive environments, our carbide liners have good corrosion resistance and play a very good protective role.
Maintainability: Our carbide liners make maintenance more flexible, allowing damaged parts to be selectively replaced without having to replace the entire mold. This helps reduce your production downtime and maintenance costs.
Cost-Effective: Directly replacing the entire ceramic mold is expensive, making using our carbide liners an economical alternative. It can enhance wear resistance in key areas while still being able to fully utilize other parts of the ceramic mold, reducing overall costs.
Customization: Special requirements based on different production processes may require the use of different materials in specific areas of the mold. Our alloy liners provide you with a way to custom reinforce only specific areas of your mold when needed.
